What is the best time of year to build a swimming pool?
At Flexi Tech, we build swimming pools year round. That being said, any type of construction project takes more time during the rainy season. Certain materials require application when the entire project is dry, and this means that rain can lead to delays, and it’s important to take that into account. That being said, everyone wants to enjoy their swimming pool in the summer time, so we often see projects that start in the spring. Keep in mind, we specialize in state of the art pool heating equipment, so you can enjoy your swimming pool in any season.

In these cases, we encourage an on-site visit as the first step so that we can guide you on the most efficient and cost effective way to move towards your dream swimming pool.
How long does it take to build a swimming pool from scratch?
Of course, project timelines depend heavily on factors such as size, features, terrain, and material choices. The average residential swimming pool with no additional features is 16 weeks from permit approval. Permits typically take 4 to 8 weeks to obtain. We work with expert architects that make the process of pulling permits seamless and efficient.

How quickly can we get started?
We can get started right away. The first step is to give us a call. Once we have an understanding of your needs, we will schedule an onsite meeting for within a few days. After our meeting, we will create a project scope outline and proposal, and schedule a proposal follow up meeting for review and approval. Once the proposal is approved, we apply for permits and upon permit approval we can start construction right away.
